We offer a personalised approach to therapy, tailoring our treatments to meet the unique needs of each client. Our methods include Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy mindfulness-based therapy, DBT, family therapy, Solution focused Therapy, Schema Therapy and positive psychology interventions.

Emma Kavanagh completed her undergraduate Psychology degree at The University of Dublin Ireland, Trinity College, before undertaking her Postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology in Australia. Emma has over twenty years experience as a mental health clinician, and has worked extensively with clients in remote, regional areas and internationally.
