Who We Are
Adult Psychology Services
Our team help adults optimise their emotional and psychological health using evidence-based psychological therapy .In addition to our face to face consultations, we provide online and phone sessions and are available to individuals and workplaces across Australia ensuring we provide access to anyone in need of support.
Older Adult Psychology Services
Our team have 20 years experience providing psychological therapy to older adults, their carers and families. We can provide support at home, retirement villages or residential aged care. We also provide mental health counselling for aged care employees, and design psychological models and mental health training programs for aged care providers
Corporate Programs
In addition to our EAP program which is ideal for small to medium companies, we offer a suite of workplace programs, workshops and training customised to your organisation's needs.
Come train with us
Owl Training Institute is our education provider. OTI delivers both accredited courses in mental health and MHFA, and customised courses for workplaces on a range of topics pertaining to mental health and emotional well-being.
Partnerships
We partner with Mood Mentors who provide an innovative evidence-based program to boost mood and emotional wellbeing. Mood Mentors work one on one with older adults at home, in retirement and residential communities. They also upskill existing aged care workers, visitors and volunteers to become Mood Mentors.
